Body & Sensation
Circumcision changes our body, and it removes a very sensitive piece of skin. This of course changes the sensations we are able to experience---let's take a look at some of the possible consequences.
Dry and Keratinized Glans
As most circumcisions leave the glans uncovered and exposed, your glans will get dry, and your underwear will rub on it constantly. As the glans is naturally designed to be covered, it develops an additional skin layer as a means of protection, a keratinized skin which is far less sensible, and so the glans becomes less sensitive.

This is perhaps the most severe consequence of circumcision for many cut guys. If you were cut at birth, you most likely will have lost some of your sensibility by the time you reach puberty. This can be very frustrating, as you then start exploring your body and your sexuality.
Masturbation is often difficult and less satisfying without a foreskin, and you may have to apply a firm grip to actually achieve an orgasm (check out this video from Rena Malik M.D. about the "Death Grip" and the problem it causes)
Many cut men struggle to feel enough stimulation during sex, making it less enjoyable for both partners. Some women find intercourse rough and abrasive as their partners struggle to get enough stimulation (more about this aspect can be found in the Partner Comfort section).
Things That Might Help
Use moisturizers to make your glans more sensitive and less keratinized, or another idea may be to protect your glans with cling film from rubbing on your underwear.
Less Satisfaction
Many cut men find their orgasms not very intense and unsatisfying. Actually for me personally, this is a real problem I have with my circumcision. My experience is that the foreskin also helps building up an intense and powerful climax that gives so much pleasure and satisfaction.

The glans and the shaft are far less sensitive and cannot compensate for the missing foreskin.
If you were cut with an especially tight style with too much skin removed, your erections may be uncomfortable or even painful. It can also happen that the scrotum is pulled up during erections and your testicles are pushed into the body.
Things That Might Help
Masturbators may help you to get more pleasure and more intense orgasms from masturbation. It is also important to use the right lubricant to make intercourse more enjoyable for your partners. Some products are discussed on this page.
If you were cut too tight, in most cases the skin will adapt and stretch over time. However I talked with guys who still had an unpleasant feeling of tension during erections, even as adults.
Rubbing on your glans
Without a foreskin, the glans is constantly rubbing against underwear, which can be annoying or even painful. Some guys get used to it, but for me personally this can get really unpleasant, especially when I'm walking on the street and don't wear tight underpants.
Things That Might Help
Try extra soft underwear, so that the rubbing should be minimal only.

The Savage X underwear is made from soft fabric, is comfortable to wear, and gets good reviews on Amazon.
